Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Receive and review shipment notifications, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
