Position Overview

The role of a Food Counter Attendant involves providing exceptional service in a dynamic food service environment. You will be responsible for various tasks that ensure a clean and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking their orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Food Handling: Portion, wrap, and package take-out food while stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced setting that may involve overtime and physically demanding tasks. You will be expected to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Weight Handling

Ability to handle weights of up to 45 kg (100 lbs) is necessary.
