Your role within the team:

• Assist Business Aircraft clients and Field Service Representatives by diagnosing issues, offering technical guidance, and making informed recommendations regarding aircraft systems.

• Generate precise, thorough, and clear technical reports and communications.

• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges impacting aircraft service readiness.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

• A College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics) is required.

• Extensive technical expertise and experience with aircraft systems, particularly for the Challenger and Global Express models.

• Candidates with avionics knowledge of other Bombardier products will also be considered.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in problem-solving within the Interior and Green Aircraft sectors.

• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).

• An AME license or equivalent is a plus.

• Availability for off-site assignments on short notice (approximately 10%).

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends on a rotational basis.
