Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, as needed
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Document client care and progress, as required
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients, as needed
