Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.

Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and a dynamic work environment.
