Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth, optimize inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate ordering and receiving procedures.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
