Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions for our messaging components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Lead architectural decisions and drive technical innovation
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, Java, MongoDB, microservice architecture, distributed systems
