  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage rent collection and deposits, ensuring compliance with established standards and company policies.
  • Optimize human resources to support operational and financial efficiency objectives, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Plan and execute tenant arrivals and departures, prioritizing safety and security while maintaining a positive resident experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy and promote the property to potential residents.
  • Supervise external contractors working in the building, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bilingualism (oral and written) in French and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Working knowledge of property management software, such as Hopem (an asset).
  • Experience in personnel management, with a focus on team development and performance.
