- Manage rent collection and deposits, ensuring compliance with established standards and company policies.
- Optimize human resources to support operational and financial efficiency objectives, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Plan and execute tenant arrivals and departures, prioritizing safety and security while maintaining a positive resident experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy and promote the property to potential residents.
- Supervise external contractors working in the building, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
- Bilingualism (oral and written) in French and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Working knowledge of property management software, such as Hopem (an asset).
- Experience in personnel management, with a focus on team development and performance.
