Your Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable Software Applications Administrator to oversee the management and functionality of our software systems. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and maintenance of our platforms, while also collaborating with audit teams to uphold compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration Management: Implement and manage configuration changes across multiple applications.
- Licensing Oversight: Monitor application usage, conduct audits, and establish licensing requirements for future needs.
- Security Administration: Manage user roles and access in non-production environments in accordance with established IT protocols.
- Environment Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to facilitate environment refreshes and manage pre and post-refresh activities.
- Patch and Upgrade Coordination: Partner with delivery teams to oversee the installation of updates and patches, ensuring optimal application performance.
- Automation Management: Schedule and monitor application processes, addressing any performance challenges that arise.
- Documentation Maintenance: Keep comprehensive and current documentation related to application configurations, procedures, and licensing.
- System Updates: Execute requests for updates, including tax rates and organizational changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to assess the reliability of information systems and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Service Catalog Management: Maintain and update the service catalog to reflect current offerings.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with Oracle eBusiness Suite and HCM Cloud integration is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education
- A degree or diploma in information systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations is a plus.
