Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality credit applications and annual reviews of corporate counterparties, analyzing financial statements, industry dynamics, and competitive environment.
- Develop financial projections and determine debt repayment capability, ensuring compliance with Societe Generale's credit policies.
- Propose and update Obligor Risk Ratings, monitoring compliance with covenants.
- Review relevant legal documentation and propose changes as necessary to comply with Societe Generale's policies.
- Liaise with other teams, business lines, and Risk department to ensure seamless collaboration.
- 4 years of experience as a credit analyst in a corporate and investment banking entity or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent financial analytical skills, with ability to assess credit terms and conditions.
- Strong understanding of commercial and investment banking products, as well as accounting and regulatory issues.
- Ability to work in a team, with excellent communication and writing skills.
