Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

  1. Data Analysis and Insights

Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform thorough analysis of large datasets, identifying patterns and underlying trends to inform business decisions.

  1. Inventory Management and Reconciliation

Assist with monthly inventory analyses and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  1. Business Acumen and Strategy

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, risks, and profitability opportunities to inform decision-making.

  1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

Monitor and track results versus budget/forecast, perform variance analysis, and communicate findings to the finance team.

  1. Support Functions

Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes as needed, providing accurate and timely financial information.

  1. Leadership and Communication

Provide management reporting and lead the franchise and partner invoicing and payment collection process from beginning to end.

  1. Process Improvement

Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  1. Documentation and Ad Hoc Analysis

Maintain up-to-date process documentation and perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of relevant analytical and full-cycle accounting experience in a mid-size organization. A CPA professional designation is required, along with an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential, as is the ability to manage a team with strong leadership and communication skills.
