Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide care and support to children and youth in our Intensive Service Program and Live-In Treatment Program. This role requires a strong commitment to working with vulnerable populations and a passion for making a positive impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to children and youth in our programs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote the well-being and safety of clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (Social Services, Human Services, etc.)
  • Experience working with children, youth, and families (an asset)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnights
  • Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle
