DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and engage guests warmly and enthusiastically, embracing individuality and kindness.
  • Perform tasting room responsibilities, including sharing our narrative, serving wine samples, assisting with food service, managing wine and merchandise inventory, facilitating wine sales, promoting our wine club, operating the POS system, and maintaining cleanliness of glassware, along with daily closing tasks as directed by management.
  • Support the team in achieving sales objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Possession of a Serving It Right certificate is required.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, wine, and food is essential.
  • WSET or ISG certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic are necessary, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must exhibit a courteous, friendly, and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods is required.
  • Availability to work weekends during the season is necessary.
