**A Day in the Life**
- Seasonal staff lead (delegation, protocol, technique, training, education, team building)
- Creating schedule for staff
- Creation and maintenance of labor budgets
- Frequent 1-on-1’s with team members
- Lead Ambassador on tasting room floor (leading tastings, sales, etc.)
- Cleanliness & maintenance coordination (entire grounds cleanliness, maintenance issues action)
- Daily staff checklists (daily duties, cleaning, etc.)
- Quarterbacking daily staff role & duty delegation (roles, responsibilities, tasks)
- Event Lead (hosting, planning, logistics, etc.)
- Connection between seasonal staff and management
- Guest experience lead (guest inquiries, manager-role)
- Understanding of financial goals and reporting
- Staff sales budget creation and accountability
- Weekly vendor supply ordering

**Must haves**:

- B.C. Serving it Right Certification
- Leadership experience
- 2+ years of guest service experience
- Must be confident, energetic, engaging, and authentic
- Passionate about building a career in the wine industry
- Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weight up to 40lbs
- Sales driven and oriented
- Previous wine education is an asset
