Full Time (36 hours weekly) or Part Time (24 hours weekly)
12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am, with weekend shifts required.
Job Location:
Flexibility to travel between multiple Emory Healthcare facilities.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will:
- Provide safe, reliable, and effective care to a diverse patient population, utilizing the nursing process independently.
- Implement the Synergy Model for Care, personalizing care for each patient and their family.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Accurately document the nursing process in the appropriate formats.
- Incorporate patient and family input into the care planning process.
- Assess and evaluate patient responses to care, adjusting plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a minimum of 2.5 years of relevant nursing experience in a specialty area within the last five years. A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia is required.
