Job Title: Store Team Supervisor
We are seeking a Store Team Supervisor to join our team in Prince George, BC. As a Store Team Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our store by making important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously developing and empowering your team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Train and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all team members
