Hickory Farms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of Brand Champions in providing an exceptional gourmet gift buying experience to our guests. As a Seasonal Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing one store/kiosk, ensuring that your team is well-trained, and providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities- Create an exciting gourmet shopping experience for our guests and provide excellent guest service
- Lead by example, guiding sales associates in creating and maintaining a gourmet shopping experience
- Hire high-quality sales associates, staff the kiosk according to preplanned schedules, and provide ongoing training
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention
- Represent the Hickory Farms brand by wearing a Hickory Farms apron, dark pants or skirt, and a long-sleeved white collared shirt at all times
- Deposit all cash received at the kiosk and verify the accuracy of float counts and amounts deposited
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment with sales associates and guests
- Computer skills are a plus
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Management/Sales experience is an asset
- Flexible hours
- Competitive pay - paid weekly on Friday
