Salesforce CRM Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our team at Achievers. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the administration of our Salesforce CRM/CPQ and related applications.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to design and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and guidelines.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to other CRM team members across multiple Salesforce projects and enhancements.
- Own complex projects and perform detailed analysis of internal stakeholders' business requirements.
- Develop end-to-end solution designs, including integrations with systems outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Establish and implement change control and best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement.
- Prioritize, design, and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions on Salesforce.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications and proprietary software.
- Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff, and executive management.
- Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administration Certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or Technical Architect certification.
- Experience developing programmatic Salesforce customizations using Apex and Visual Force.
