Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at London Drugs. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients
  • Conduct patient consultations and provide counseling on medication use and health-related topics
  • Monitor patient profiles and perform drug usage reviews
  • Participate in disease management and compliance programs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
  • Ability to travel out of town within BC, up to every other week (on average throughout the year)
  • Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Overtime may also be required
  • Ability to work primarily nights and weekends
  • Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Strong computer skills
  • Willingness to participate in continued education to upgrade their knowledge
