About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team at Aaxel Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and helping them navigate the complexities of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to clients' inquiries, providing clear and concise information to resolve any issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance, to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify opportunities to sell insurance products to clients, promoting our services and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma, CEGEP certificate, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Possession of the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
