Job Title: Licensed Insurance Broker

Ai Insurance Organization Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Insurance Broker to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth of their insurance portfolios
  • Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products and services
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations to clients on insurance solutions
  • Negotiate with underwriters to secure favorable terms and rates for clients
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • RIBO license in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
