Job Title: International Logistics Pricing Coordinator

This role will provide International Logistics Pricing Coordination support to the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in freight forwarding or transborder (ocean and air) with rates and pricing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with agents and customers
  • Respond to agents and customers requesting rate quotes in an efficient and timely manner
  • Present accurate and complete rate and service proposals with a goal of exceeding customer expectations
  • Investigate, assist and resolve any pricing discrepancy issues
  • Generate or assist with any required documentation for international shipments
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field a strong asset
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in freight forwarding or transborder (ocean and air); international experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of international freight solutions and how to effectively and accurately manage complex rate quotes
  • Strong Computer literacy with Microsoft applications and industry-related software
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail in all work
