Job Summary

Custom Brands Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the window treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Custom Brands Group products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand our product offerings.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, utilizing market research and industry knowledge to identify potential opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the window treatment industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications, such as Salesforce.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
