Job Description

Bosch Rexroth is a leading provider of drive and control technologies, and we are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Centre Manager to oversee the development of our strategic direction and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and other personnel to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of products to our customers and production lines.
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and manage the distribution centre's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, delivery times, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management, with a proven track record of managing teams and optimizing operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with proficiency in warehouse management systems related to SAP and other relevant software.
  • In-depth understanding of distribution and logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
