Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Centre Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of products to our customers and production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and other personnel to ensure efficient and effective distribution centre operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, improve inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage the transportation and customs group to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, delivery times, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management, with a proven track record of managing teams and optimizing operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems related to SAP and other relevant software.
