Research Postdoctoral Fellow Opportunity

The Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Lethbridge invites applications for a postdoctoral research fellow position in the area of innovative clinical trials. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a research study focused on the comparative effectiveness of multinutrient interventions for children and youth with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research activities, including facilitating communication and work across the team, advisory group, and stakeholders.
  • Develop survey and interview materials, and assist with data collection and analysis.
  • Participate in statistical testing and design the innovative clinical trial (iCT) with consideration of multi-arm multi-stage, adaptive dose-ranging, group-sequential, or population enrichment.
  • Engage in knowledge translation activities, including presenting research at international conferences and writing for publication.
Requirements
  • PhD in epidemiology, health sciences, or a health-related discipline within the last 5 years.
  • Training in strategic patient-oriented research (SPOR) is a must.
  • Strong research knowledge, skills, and attitudes, with an interest in the subject matter of children/youth and ADHD.
