Job Title: Loss Prevention Analytics Supervisor

At TJX Canada, we're looking for a skilled Loss Prevention Analytics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you'll play a critical role in driving business results through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of LP Analysts and LP Fraud Analysts, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to generate high-quality leads and deliver actionable insights to LP partners.
  • Oversee workflow, delegate tasks, and allocate resources effectively, leveraging analytical data to drive business decisions.
  • Train, develop, and assess Analysts' work to ensure high productivity and quality leads are disseminated to support investigations.
  • Responsible for monthly statistical reporting, ensuring all Power BI dashboards are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive business intelligence and data analysis experience, with a focus on providing actionable data to investigate theft and fraud activity.
  • Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, negotiating, listening, conflict management, and coaching.
  • Strong investigative methodologies and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage prior experience and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
