Job Title: Senior AccountantJob Summary:

Ali & Associates Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert financial management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement financial plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Analyze financial records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Accounting and Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
Client Communication:
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients, including tax planning and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
Team Collaboration:
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks and Caseware.
