Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an experienced Analyst/Administrative Assistant to join our Communications Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide analytical support to senior leadership and confidential administrative assistance to the Executive Director and Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis and statistical reporting to support business decisions
- Offer confidential administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership
- Maintain leadership appointment calendars and coordinate meetings
- Process and prioritize information flow through the department
- Work independently and interface with other departments and external agencies
Requirements
- Diploma in a related program
- Three to four years' experience in a complex healthcare environment
- Advanced computer skills in spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs
