Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects with significant impact to our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are properly chartered, planned, and executed within agreed-upon parameters for scope, cost, schedule, change, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to our IGM Delivery Framework.
  • Develop and deliver annual and multi-year program plans and budgets, inclusive of resourcing plans.
  • Collaborate with business sponsors and delivery partners to define project priorities, objectives, scope, and deliverables, aligning with business goals.
  • Ensure effective communications for transparency of delivery progress, ensuring all expectations are met and meaningful relationships are established.
  • Ensure Project Management methodology and standards are appropriately used on projects, coaching and guiding teams on effective use and application of process and methodology.
  • Contribute to the elevation of our Enterprise Project Management Office, focusing on methodology improvement, decision-making, efficient teamwork, and compliance to corporate internal controls.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, working collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Good financial management experience, including estimation, budget tracking, forecasts, accruals, etc.
  • Proven experience with organizational change management.
  • Proven experience in delivering complex projects involving multiple departments, vendors, external partners, and integration of multiple tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in the application of project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with business leaders, peers, clients, and teams, working transparently and cooperatively with cross-functional teams.
  • Challenges the status quo and exhibits a mindset of creativity, determination, and an energetic drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrates appropriate flexibility in all situations and is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrates change leadership by successfully guiding the organization through change, while maintaining focus, intensity, and team cohesion.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, influencing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to create 'win-win' outcomes and obtain support from executive-level management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Project Online.
  • Preference for candidates with experience and/or knowledge of cloud technologies, services, and architectures, as well as providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services.
  • PMP – Project Management certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
