Job Title: Marketing Brand and Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining Marketing strategies to meet our organizational objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales through the promotion of Brigholme's media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure all content aligns with brand standards
  • Develop and support Social Media Strategies
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends, and applications and apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media at Brigholme
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring Search Engine Optimization best practices are followed
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all social media and email campaigns using website analytics tools
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Diploma of Business Administration: Marketing concentration
  • Professional and functional knowledge of business operations, sales, and marketing processes, and proposal development processes related to the office furniture industry
  • Technical knowledge of communications and media, including social media platforms
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to discover what is important to the customer and respond to it
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
  • Demonstrating detail orientation and analytical thinking, understanding the importance of doing quality work and adhering to standards to prevent errors
  • Understanding of software such as Microsoft 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, CRM Tool, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEM Rush
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Must work effectively with Senior-level executives and staff
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven strategic thinking skills, initiative, and creativity
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with little to no supervision, understanding the importance of teamwork and collaboration
