About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team at IT Connex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in transforming our data into actionable insights that drive business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and test ETL components to move data from various sources into our data warehouse.
  • Analyze data and produce insights for business stakeholders, identifying trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to determine reporting and insights requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate deployment of changes through a disciplined change management process, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
Requirements
  • College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology and data analytics, with a strong background in data warehousing technologies and concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Matillion ETL, Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal and external clients.
