Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software solutions by identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software solutions
  • Identify and report defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Work with development teams to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop test plans that meet those requirements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Evaluation Criteria:
  • Quality assurance skills and experience (70%)
  • Soft skills and communication skills (20%)
  • Experience working in a similar role (10%)
