ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in the installation of sprinkler systems is essential;
  • Must hold certification as a Sprinkler Fitter or be an apprentice (Union member);
  • Completion of Sprinkler Inspection training programs is advantageous;
  • Familiarity with various water suppression systems, foam systems, gas agent systems, and fire pump equipment is beneficial;
  • A backflow testing certification is considered an asset;
  • A valid driver's license is required;
  • Fall Protection certification is a plus;
  • H2S Alive certification is preferred;
  • Lift Training certification is advantageous;
  • Ability to work on job sites that require pre-screening;
  • Willingness to travel out of town for extended durations.
