As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including specialty items and daily specials.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Point of Sale: Process customer transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and provide change as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
