About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers, while maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Staff Training and Supervision

Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.

Kitchen Maintenance and Hygiene

Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and well-maintained, and that all health and safety standards are met.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
