About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at Abler HD Canada INC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's website and web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and develop detailed documentation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Technical Requirements: Determine the optimal hardware and software configurations to achieve exceptional server performance and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Software Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Software Maintenance: Continuously update and refine existing computer programs to ensure they remain efficient and effective.
  • Technical Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical issues, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, manuals, and other documentation to ensure the status, operation, and maintenance of our software are well-documented.
  • Content Creation: Source, select, and organize information to design the appearance, layout, and flow of our website, as well as create and optimize content using various graphics, databases, animation, and other software.
  • Special Effects: Program special effects software for film and video applications to enhance our company's visual content.
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Business Intelligence: Possess a solid understanding of business intelligence principles and practices.
  • Software Development: Be proficient in software development methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Programming Languages: Have expertise in programming languages and database management.
  • Database Management: Be able to design, implement, and maintain databases to support our business operations.
