Cleaner Supervisor Job Description

RI CLEANING LTD. is seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of our staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and performing repetitive tasks. The physical demands of the job include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
