Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the switchboard and public address system, ensuring efficient communication between hospital staff and patients.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including patient registration, health records management, and cashier functions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and statistics.
  • Respond to hospital alarms and emergency codes, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
Requirements:
  • Completion of Grade 12.
  • A current Typing Test of 45 wpm or greater completed within the past 48 months from a recognized institution.
  • One year's recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A Cover Letter stating availability.
