About the Role

Buckland is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our project staff, you will play a critical role in driving change and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data mapping and integration solutions to streamline automation and improve data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide support for the retirement of paper-based tasks through OCR and document processing.
  • Develop and maintain long-term enhancement plans to drive efficiency and sustainability in business and systems processes.
  • Author and publish required documentation sets, including business and technical requirements specifications, data and process flow diagrams, and testing steps.
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Business Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent education.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role, with a background in EDI-related projects and integrations.
  • Proven track record of ability to map, debug, and understand data element relationships.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment and familiarity with core Agile events.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, testers, and other stakeholders.
