Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily functions of our retail establishment. Your leadership will ensure a smooth operation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control: Order and manage merchandise, ensuring optimal stock levels.

  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Sales Activities: Actively engage in selling merchandise and promoting store offerings.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory, and staffing issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain a well-organized inventory system.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, ensuring you are actively engaged with both customers and staff.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.

Employment Type: Permanent position

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.

Work Hours: This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
