Job Title: Boutique Fitness Team Lead

At Altea Active, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Fitness Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes, motivating participants, and overseeing boutique fitness operations to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead fitness classes and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals
  • Oversee boutique fitness operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • Develop and implement fitness programs and workshops to engage members and promote a healthy lifestyle
  • Collaborate with the Studio Fitness Manager to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., exercise science, kinesiology, or recreation management)
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in a leadership role in the fitness industry
  • Certification in group fitness or training relevant to the classes you will be leading
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
