Job Title: Associate Producer

Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced Associate Producer to join our team. Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Line Producer and Lead Producer to understand product goals and oversee the ideation and translation of them into game features that players will love.
  • Partner with the Development Directors to manage the project schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
  • Partner with Design, Art, UX, engineering, and QA teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
  • Lead and drive feature development for several high-impact areas.
  • Identify dependencies and promote the delivery of the requirements across partner teams.
  • You will be the bridge between the design team and project managers, overseeing what experiences we build and why we build them and managing their delivery to our teams and partners.
  • You will report to the Production leader of the team.
Qualifications:
  • An experienced producer or product manager with 5+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
  • Experience developing a staged product plan, including creating user stories and deliverables.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile development processes.
  • Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Has experience developing online-enabled features and understands matchmaking and social systems.
  • Experience in UI/UX and Game Design is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • A passion for mixed-martial arts, EA SPORTS UFC and/or Sports Gaming in general is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.
  • A passion for pioneering and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
  • A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.
Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES


• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
o $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
