As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a 0.71 FTE schedule, offering a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Work within the scope of practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and adhere to organizational standards and protocols.
About this Location/Unit:
Columbia View Lodge is a long-term care site with 76 beds, offering a secure unit for special care residents and three mixed-population units. The site also features an adult day program and community bathing program, providing a comprehensive range of services for residents and the community. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
