Position Summary:

The Sales Lead for Visual Merchandising plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and achieving store objectives while upholding the brand's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales results to meet store annual operating plan (AOP) and personal targets.
  • Implement company initiatives and maintain operational excellence.
  • Enhance the customer experience and foster a collaborative team environment to meet sales goals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer shopping behaviors.
  • Execute all operational tasks efficiently, including maintaining the sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards.
  • Restock inventory on the sales floor as required.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to promote a strong selling culture.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention strategies.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS) is essential.

Physical ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom is required. Candidates should be able to meet scheduling expectations, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years of relevant retail experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
