Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Petra Tires. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
  • Merchandise Management: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
  • Computer and Technology: Point of sale system, accounting software.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
