Position Summary:
As a vital member of our snow removal team, you will engage in high-quality landscape maintenance and snow management services. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the safety of walkways and entrances during winter conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute snow removal and salting operations on walkways, stairs, and entrances at various commercial properties.
  • Utilize a range of mechanical equipment, including snow blowers and sidewalk plows, to perform snow management tasks.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, escalating to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Assist the Team Leader in planning and organizing routes and jobs, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are available.
  • Support equipment maintenance and repairs under the guidance of the Team Leader.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support team operations.
Job Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, primarily during nighttime hours.
  • Availability to be on call 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and meet the physical demands of the role.
