Position Summary:
As a vital member of our team, you will engage in high-quality landscape maintenance and snow removal services. You will embody our values by demonstrating respect and courtesy towards both customers and fellow employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute snow removal and salting tasks for walkways, stairs, and entrances at various commercial properties.
  • Utilize a range of mechanical equipment, including snow blowers and sidewalk snow plows, to perform duties efficiently.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, escalating to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Assist the Team Leader in planning and organizing routes and jobs to ensure all resources and materials are available.
  • Support equipment maintenance and repairs under the guidance of the Team Leader.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, often during nighttime hours.
  • Availability to be on call 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and meet the physical demands of the role.
