About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Unit Leader to lead our Rail and Transit team in Ontario. As a key member of our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) in Canada, you will be responsible for profitably growing the Rail and Transit business in Ontario with GBA Mobility strategy and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing the Mobility Strategy: Lead the country business unit with ultimate accountability for P&L performance, service quality delivery within the unit; develop and oversee the implementation of the strategy to ensure service quality delivery, service excellence and profitable growth within the unit, to support the delivery of the line of business objectives.
  • Leading and Developing a Team: Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of senior specialists by recruiting, setting objectives and reviewing performance to ensure staff are developed, driven and have the necessary skills to deliver the programme objectives.
  • Developing and Implementing the Country Business Plan: Develop and implement the country business plan for the unit and ensure the team understand it, and the role that they play in its achievement, through the development of the appropriate culture and the provision of context and clarity.
  • Identifying and Targeting Clients: Lead the identification and targeting of clients through the delivery of service excellence to deliver growth in organic revenue in the country business unit.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 15 years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a professional services firm.
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose and demonstrate significant leadership capability.
