This role is pivotal in supporting our product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams by providing insights derived from comprehensive data analysis, utilizing AI and ML methodologies. The ideal candidate will excel in leveraging extensive data sets to uncover opportunities for product and process enhancement, employing models to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies.
The successful candidate will possess a robust background in TOGAF, COBIT, and ITILv4 at an advanced level, acting as a consultant to assist clients in refining their IT service management (ITSM) processes. They will also be responsible for delivering training and support on TOGAF, COBIT, and ITILv4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients across diverse sectors, including logistics, technology, finance, payment processing, supply chain, and healthcare, to identify data-driven business solutions.
- Design and implement blockchain architectures and solutions tailored to business needs and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough blockchain assessments, focusing on performance optimization, security evaluations, and scalability analysis.
- Assist clients in enhancing their ITSM processes.
- Provide expert training and support on TOGAF, COBIT, and ITILv4.
- Evaluate clients' ITSM processes and propose actionable improvements.
- Develop and deploy ITSM solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance their IT service management.
- Analyze data from company databases to drive product development, marketing strategies, and business optimization.
- Assess the reliability and accuracy of new data sources and collection methods.
- Create custom data models and algorithms for application to various data sets.
- Utilize predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences, revenue generation, advertising targeting, and other business outcomes.
- Establish a company-wide A/B testing framework and evaluate model performance.
- Coordinate with various functional teams to implement models and track results.
- Develop tools and processes for monitoring and analyzing model performance and data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on product development.
- Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, SQL, AWS services) for data manipulation and insight extraction from large datasets.
- Proficient in data architecture design and implementation.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks) and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical methods and concepts (e.g., regression analysis, distribution properties, statistical testing).
- Strong understanding of blockchain principles, consensus mechanisms, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and decentralized application (dApp) development.
- Experience with blockchain integration techniques, including APIs and middleware.
- Proficient in using blockchain analysis tools for auditing and testing smart contracts and blockchain networks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- A strong desire to learn and master emerging technologies and methodologies.
- 5-7 years of experience in managing large datasets and developing statistical models across various industries, with a minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with integrated coding environments such as PyCharm, Jupyter Notebook, and Google Colab.
- Experience with statistical and data mining techniques, including GLM/Regression, Random Forest, and text mining.
- Proficient in querying databases and using statistical programming languages.
- Knowledge of creating ETL pipelines using AWS services.
- Experience with advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
- Familiarity with distributed data/computing tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and MySQL.
- Experience in data visualization and presentation tools such as PowerBI, Matplotlib, and TensorFlow.
Certifications:
- Must possess the following certifications:
- Certified ITIL v4 professional, including ITIL 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy Certificate.
- Certified COBIT 4 IT Governance specialist.
- Certified Post Graduate – Program Data Scientist from a recognized institution.
- Certified Blockchain Expert.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and Professional.
